アプリ「秘書検定対策」 · 最終更新日：2026年10月12日

本ポリシーは、iOSアプリ「秘書検定対策」（以下「本アプリ」）が取り扱うデータについて説明するものです。本アプリは秘書検定の筆記試験対策のための独立した学習アプリです。データは個人情報の保護に関する法律その他の適用法令に従って取り扱います。

1. アカウントと識別子

本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの入力を求めません。初回起動時に当方のサーバー（Supabase）がランダムな匿名IDを作成し、サブスクリプションの確認、問題データの配信、技術的な利用回数制限のためにのみ使用します。

2. 購入に関するデータ

サブスクリプションはAppleを通じて販売され、当方が支払い情報を見ることはありません。サブスクリプションの状態を確認するため、匿名IDと購入履歴はRevenueCatで処理されます。

3. 端末の確認

当方のサーバーに接続できるのが正規のApple端末上の本アプリだけであることを確かめるため、Apple App AttestとDeviceCheckを使用します。これらがあなたの端末と個人を結び付けることはありません。

4. 端末内にとどまるデータ

選んだ級、試験日、解答、記述問題のメモと自己採点、模試の結果、準備度、連続学習日数、面接練習の記録は、iPhoneの中にだけ保存され、当方のサーバーには送信されません。本アプリを削除すると、これらのデータも削除されます。本アプリはAIサービスを使用しません。

5. 利用状況の統計

本アプリの改善のため、ランダムなインストールIDとともに、少数の匿名の利用イベント（初期設定の各ステップ、選んだ級、購入画面の表示、購入の結果、模試の開始・終了と合格ライン到達の有無、言語、バージョン）を送信します。広告やトラッキングのSDKは使用せず、他社のアプリやウェブサイトをまたいだ追跡は行わず、データを販売することもありません。

6. 保存期間と削除

匿名アカウントとすべてのデータは、設定 →「アカウントとデータを削除」からいつでも削除できます。技術的な利用回数のカウンターは毎日リセットされます。アカウントを削除してもApp Storeのサブスクリプションは解約されません。

8. 子どもについて

本アプリは高校生以上の受験者を対象としており、13歳未満の子どもを対象としたものではなく、そのデータを意図して収集することはありません。

1. Account and identity

The app asks for no name, email or phone number. On first launch our server (Supabase) creates a random anonymous ID, used only to check your subscription, deliver the question bank and apply technical usage limits.

2. Purchases

Subscriptions are sold through Apple; we never see your payment details. Your anonymous ID and purchase records are processed by RevenueCat to check your subscription.

3. Device verification

Apple App Attest and DeviceCheck make sure only our app on genuine Apple devices can reach our server. They do not link your device to your identity.

4. Data that stays on your device

Your grade, exam date, answers, written-answer notes and self-grades, mock results, readiness, streak and interview practice stay on your iPhone and are never sent to our server. Deleting the app deletes this data. The app uses no AI service.

5. Usage analytics

The app sends a few anonymous usage events (onboarding steps, chosen grade, purchase screen shown, purchase outcome, mock started/finished and whether the pass line was reached, language, version) with a random install ID. There is no advertising or tracking SDK; we do not track you across apps or websites and we do not sell your data.

6. Retention and deletion

Delete your anonymous account and all data at any time in Settings → "Delete my account and data". Daily technical counters reset every day. Deleting the account does not cancel your App Store subscription.

7. Your rights

Contact support@berkcan.dev to exercise your rights under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information or the GDPR.

8. Children

The app is meant for exam candidates of high-school age and older, is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
