1. 独立した学習アプリ
「秘書検定対策」は、秘書検定（3級・2級・準1級の筆記試験と準1級の面接）の対策のための独立した学習アプリです。公益財団法人 実務技能検定協会とは一切関係がなく、同協会の承認・推薦を受けたものでもありません。「秘書検定」は試験の名称として記載しています。問題はすべて本アプリのために作成したオリジナルで、過去に出題された問題（過去問）や市販の問題集の問題ではありません。試験の形式・日程・受験料・合格基準は、常に同協会の発表が優先します。
2. 内容の正確性
問題と解説は2回の独立したレビューを経ていますが、誤りが含まれる可能性があります。誤りと思われる問題はご連絡ください。修正はアプリの更新なしで反映されます。準備度・模試の得点（特に自己採点による記述問題の得点）は目安であり、本アプリは合格を保証するものではありません。
3. サブスクリプション
初期設定のお試し問題以降のすべてのコンテンツには、サブスクリプション（週額または年額）が必要です。対象の方に無料トライアルを提供する場合、解約しない限りトライアル終了時に選択したプランの料金が請求されます。サブスクリプションは、現在の期間が終了する24時間以上前に解約しない限り、同じ期間・料金で自動更新されます。料金は購入の確定時にApple IDに請求されます。App Storeのアカウント設定から管理・解約できます。サブスクリプションを購入すると、無料トライアルの残り期間は終了します。返金はAppleの規定に従います。
4. 利用の範囲
コンテンツは個人的かつ非商業的な目的にのみ利用できます。問題データの一括複製、自動ツールによる抽出、再公開は禁止します。
5. Apple標準使用許諾契約
本規約に定めのない事項は、Appleの標準エンドユーザー使用許諾契約（EULA）によります。

1. Independent study app
This is an independent study app for Japan's Secretary Skills Test (Hisho Kentei: written exams for grades 3, 2 and Pre-1, and the Pre-1 interview). It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Institute of Jitsumu Ginou Kentei; the exam's name is used only to describe it. All questions are original, written for this app; they are not past exam questions or questions from published books. The organiser's announcements on format, dates, fees and pass marks always prevail.
2. Accuracy
Questions and explanations go through two independent review passes, but mistakes are possible. Report any error and we fix it without an app update. Readiness and mock scores (especially self-graded written answers) are estimates; the app does not guarantee passing.
3. Subscription
Everything after the onboarding sample questions requires a subscription (weekly or yearly). If a free trial is offered to eligible users, the chosen plan is charged when it ends unless cancelled. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings. Any unused part of a free trial ends when a subscription is purchased. Refunds follow Apple's policies.
4. Use
Personal, non-commercial use only. Copying the question bank in bulk, scraping it or republishing it is not allowed.
